This furnace is applicable for heating stainless steel piercing billets with a diameter of Φ40～Φ55. The heating temperature ranges from 1050℃ to 1300℃; the billet length is between 750mm and 1500mm.
Discharging speed:
Φ40–Φ45: 7 pcs/min
Φ50: 6 pcs/min
Φ55: 5 pcs/min
The estimated equipment installation period is about 60 days.
