RPT series is a new type of annealing (normalizing) furnace derived from RT and RZT types. lts proprietary energy-saving technology and faster annealing curve can save approx 1/3 of the energy as compared with RTRZT or QT types, and save approx 1/2 of the energy as compared with bell furnaces or pusher furnaces. lt is heated fully by electricity.This type of furnaces are applied for continuous annealing (normalizing) treatment on alloys of bearing rings, hardware tools, tubes, rods, coils, strips, balls and toolings , as well for pre-heat treatment on precisely forged, cold-formed and cold rolled parts.
